When acquiring personal information, Kanji Tokyo clearly states the purpose of use and acquires the information appropriately within the scope necessary to achieve that purpose. Furthermore, we use personal information only within the scope of the stated purpose and do not use it beyond that scope.

Personal information entrusted to us by customers is used to send emails or materials for the purpose of contacting customers, providing information about our services, and responding to inquiries.

Kanji Tokyo appropriately manages the personal information entrusted to us by customers and does not disclose it to third parties, except in the following cases:
- When the customer has given their consent
- When disclosure is made to a contractor to whom Kanji Tokyo has outsourced work in order to provide the service requested by the customer
- When disclosure or provision is requested by public institutions such as courts or the police
Disclosure, Correction, Addition, Deletion, Suspension of Use, and Erasure of Personal Information
If a customer wishes to verify, correct, or otherwise manage the personal information Kanji Tokyo holds about them, we will respond promptly. Please note that we may verify the customer's identity when processing such requests.

Kanji Tokyo complies with the APPI, other relevant laws and regulations, and applicable guidelines.
